For those of you who missed the PFLA Forestry Forum this year, you may have heard about the engaging and informative presentation by Ernie Sellentin of the Coastal Invasive Plant Committee.
With knowledge as prolific as blackberries in August, Ernie impressed the crowd with his expertise and understanding of local invasive plant species and the problems they can cause. He also offered a variety of solutions—mechanical, biological, chemical–and advice on which methods work best for which species.
Keeping in mind the PowerPoint is never as good as the in-person presentation, we’ve uploaded it above for your viewing pleasure. If you have any further questions or concerns you can contact Ernie through the CIPC website.
Note: If you click on the arrows in the bottom right corner you can view the PowerPoint in full screen mode.
