Five Reasons Why BC Needs More Private Land

Today I will give “a Half-Letterman” – the top five reasons why BC needs more private
forestland. I will focus on the reasons why, and not the problems of how. We can
discuss those problems in the Q&A, along with innovative solutions – for example, annex
the State of Washington, or better still, the State of Maine where over 96% of the forest
land is in private hands.
